Onboarding and supporting 5 new Directors in a complex organization of 7 distinct programs was an incredible challenge for F&W. The new Directors were onboarded quickly by intentional planning of retreats, consistent coaching, and robust systems of support.

Great leaders need great coaches. Along with the Board Chair, we provided coaching around managing staff, creating school-wide systems, and navigating the changing educational environment post-COVID.

A start-up charter school needed an Extended-Day Program that would grow with them. By combining a bit of Camp Magic with the best practices from teaching, we created a program where students achieved, learned, and thrived.

We believe curriculums can be more exciting, thoughtful, hands-on, and rigorous. We also know this is an incredibly difficult task. With an eye towards skills integration, we have helped develop curriculums at two charter schools that each attempting something unique.

It feels tougher than ever to find and retain great staff. Breaking through the noise is essential to getting your message out and finding great candidates. Thought thoughtful and beautiful design combined with a warm and friendly tone and an eye towards systems we redesigned the entire application work flow, increasing applications each year and creating a more effective process.

To establish their expertise in the field, we helped Farm & Wilderness launch a podcast. We handled script writing, recording, editing, and graphics to create a compelling series aimed at new and current families, staff, and participants.
